
persephone is a biosciences lab studying the human microbiome. rather than a cold, clinical entity, the lab becomes a canvas for imagination: bursting with colourful, intricate 3d shapes, clever messaging and a bold visual identity. the creators treat the human gut and its secrets not just as science, but as a meaningful journey, one that deserves creativity, beauty and impact. this is branding as purpose: science meets art in a way that feels alive, hopeful and deeply human.
even though we are not scientists, we saw this research effort and hard work as an exciting journey inside the gut. we then created a brand that is creative, filled with colourful and meticulous 3d shapes, clever messages and a strong sense of purpose.
in this particular project i created illustrations to represent microbiotics in playful, visually stimulating shapes.
